Position Overview
We are currently expanding and looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial individual to join our team in the Western Suburbs and North Shore of Chicago. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on making meaningful connections, enjoys helping families through transitional times, and wants to grow with a mission-driven company.
You will work directly with families in need of senior living solutions and support them throughout the journey. A key part of the role also involves building strong relationships with local senior living communities to facilitate thoughtful and effective placements.
This is a remote, flexible position. You must have your own computer and phone.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Background in nursing, social work, senior care, or case management (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- A self-starter mentality, entrepreneurial drive, and the ability to work independently
- A passion for helping others and making a difference in people’s lives
- Availability to attend occasional in-person meetings or networking events across Chicagoland
Compensation:
- 1099 Contractor role
- Unlimited earning potential
- Average earnings range from $60,000 to $100,000+ per year, based on placements and performance
