About the Role
Senior Living Specialists Chicago is expanding and looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Senior Living Advisor. We are the premier local, free referral service guiding families through the journey of finding the right senior living options (Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Group Homes).
This is a remote, highly flexible role perfect for a self-starter who thrives on making meaningful connections, enjoys helping families navigate major transitions, and wants to grow with a mission-driven company.
Key Responsibilities
- Family Guidance: Work directly with families in need of senior living solutions, supporting and guiding them through the decision-making process with clarity and compassion.
- Community Relations: Build and maintain strong partnerships with local senior living communities, rehabs, hospitals etc. to facilitate thoughtful, effective placements.
- Local Networking: Attend occasional in-person meetings, tours, or networking events across the Chicagoland area.
Ideal Qualifications
- A background in nursing, social work, senior care, or case management is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- A self-starter mentality with strong entrepreneurial drive and the ability to work
independently. - A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive difference in people’s lives.
- Must have your own reliable computer and phone.
